Printing an Official Roster with Photo ID

  • 1. Coach or Team Manager will log into their GotSport account

  • 2. They will select “Team Management” from the top bar

  • 3. Select the team from the list

  • 4. In the popup window, select the roster tab

  • 5. From the dropdown, select “YAYSL” and hit search

  • 6. Then select the “Document and IDs” tab and select Roster PDF

  • 7. That will provide you with an official roster of all currently approved coaches and players

Printing a Game Day Roster (Match Card)

  • 1. Match Cards do not have photo IDs on them, but they do have the QR Code for each match

  • 2. Coach or Team Manager will log into their GotSport account

  • 3. They will select “Team Management” from the top bar

  • 4. Select “Matches”

  • 5. Locate the match you are about to play and click “…” on the right side

  • 6. Select “Print Match Card”

    • – Check the box next to all players or any players that will be participating

    • – At the top, select “Add to Match Day Roster”

  • 7. Once your roster is built, select “Match Card” on the upper right side

Score Entry & Game Roster Upload

Coaches have 72 hours to scan the QR code at the top of the Game Day Roster (match card) and enter the score as well as upload a copy of the Game Day Roster (match card).

Smart Phone Instructions:

    • 1. Scan the QR Code at the top of the Game Day Roster (match card)

    • 2. After entering the score, scroll down to the bottom and click “Upload Game Sheet”. Hit “Save”.

Laptop/Desktop Manual Instructions:

    • Coaches will be able to log into their account and enter the scores. | GotSport Instructions [HERE]

      • 1. Log into their account

      • 2. Go to team management

      • 3. Select “matches” and click the “…” and select “match stats”

      • 4. Enter the score and upload the match card

      • 5. Hit save

    • Coaches will be able to enter the score via the public schedule page. | GotSport Instructions [HERE]

      • 1. Go to the schedule page and select “Scoring Input”

      • 2. Enter the Pin [1]

      • 3. In the upper left corner, enter the game number and hit search

      • 4. Enter the score as well as upload the Game Day Roster (match card)

      • 5. Hit save

 

All coaches will have 72 hours to enter the score and upload Game Day Roster. They will get a reminder 24 hours after the game has concluded if they haven’t entered it yet. After 72 hours, the game is locked and they will have to send the score and game card to Jessica Eberle and YAYSL Exec Board to review and upload.
